Since establishment in March 1994, the Company is specialized in the property management and relevant derivative services of state development zones (industrial parks, high-tech parks, and living communities) industrial properties, office buildings, high-end intellectualized residential districts and public properties. The Company offers professional property management service to over 1 million m2 industrial facilities and around 0.2 million m2 high-grade public properties, and has engaged itself in many consulting projects for high-end properties.

The equipment and facility branch of the Company is specialized in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of equipment and facility. Its main business includes the operation management, maintenance, servicing, overhaul, and minor/medium/heavy repair of universal (such as electrical distribution, central heating, piping, communication, etc.) and industrial-purpose equipment and facility. Other business includes technical consultancy, installation, modification work, decoration/fitment engineering, etc. of universal equipment and facility. It undertakes large scale equipment maintenance and repairing projects in Jinqiao Development Zone with many muttinational companies as its clients.

The Company has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality system certifications and undertaken great efforts in strengthening the standard, scientific and humanization management.
